Today I've been mitering, schmitering all day with a friggin miter box! Using pine, probably should've used moulding, easier anyhow, I just love the transition from plywood to pine. Pine is such an easier wood to paint, not much sanding. So pine it is, cause it's what I had on hand, and just couldn't wait to finish my cubbies. Everythings sanded, primed, and ready for final paint. Thought about using the Rustoleum spray paint, in the end, too scared. Just bought a really nice roller and good paint.
Decided to add a sewing cart, pullout, next to my windowseats. They will be permanent, but it will be a great place to sit, and pull my sewing cart in front of me and work on textiles for all the "hardscape" I'm adding to the house, thanks to knock off wood.

Bonus
I was checking the supply need, and I think I've got enough scrap to make it, just need to buy the casters and hinges! yeah!!
Hopefully, when my sewing machine has been released from the computer room closet, and right in site in the living room, I'll do more sewing.
Bre's doing good, she made it to her art class, and therapy. Busy day for a busy little lady! Had a nice chat with the MIL, and having JB on VACA now, very nice, a little trying though, have a lot of projects to get to, but love spending time with him too.
The plan, manana, finish my trim move the two cubbies in, and start the 3rd.
That's how to eat an elephant.....bite by bite.
